Staff were excellent -you have to wait to see them - but when you do they are GR8
The employees here are simply too lazy to do their jobs. We first went to the shop to reactivate our SIM card and top up our data. Mr. Gold reactivated the SIM card but told us he couldn't perform the recharge. He instructed us to do it ourselves in the app, as the 17 AUD promotion was automatically applied there. When we got home, we tried, but only the regular 49 AUD offer was available. At 4:20 p.m., I went back to the shop and asked for Mr. Gold, but the line was busy.
