I’m currently in TAS for a holiday, I go into the Telstra store last week to ask about phone prices and plan to potentially buy and upgrade my phone. One of the works came over and I ask about prices of the phone he just pointed down to the phone price and then I ask about the repayment plan for them, he just start telling me the prices on the top of his head if they where right or not, not once I was taken to sit down to go through my options to actually physical to see the prices. useless no phone for a week and now they send text that you can't reply too saying it will be another week telstra just don't care
They said that they couldn't help me and I had to use the online chat function instead. They were nice about it but not very helpful.
Was seen by jaylyn and she helped me so much sort out unfortunate issues with my fold 7. 100 times better that my experience in chanel court. Defo recomend using this store for help with upgrades and what is available esspecially support. Also the appointmemt was organised and assisted by trey who was a very welcoming friendly guy. Unsure of the name of another young lady that found my galaxy buds that i dropped and returned thwm to me so a very reasuring wxperience to a offen intimadating thing to do for me. Twice in one month going to the shop, first time staff were totally unhelpful. A second time the manager was raising her voice and aggressive to me. They were having an issue with someone else and that person started talking to me and the manager aggressively started telling me to keep out of it and mind my own business and I hadn't said anythingThis is the worst customer service I have had in any shop since I can remember.
