Went in to buy a new phone $1000 was my buget. I was told to come back in 45 mins and they told me they will not set up or transfer from my old phone. I have been a customer for 30 years at least. I went to vodaphone 20 feet away Krupal was outstanding i brought my phone and charger and he got me a discount on case from another shop in the mall . Set up phone and transferded everthing walked out with working new phone with no help at all from the telstra who i pay $160 a month. Customer Sevice in dead at this store. I recomm... read more
