Useless team. Various team members have put a simple cancellation request in the to hard pile on multiple occasions. Have attempted to cancel a service since December. It has been 7 months at this point and yet resolved. Will quickly sell a product, seem useless in servicing the product. Have had VK, Lisa and Shafee all ignore a simple request.
