Telstone is truly the most amazing mental health treatment facility. The therapists are so insightful, kind, and caring. The administrative staff is also phenomenal (Brian is the best!), and they really do everything to make sure you’re comfortable and able to grow through their program. Telstone taught me the tools to live a happier and healthier life, and I am so thankful to all of their support.
I was referred to the Telstone IOP when I told my once a week therapist that I needed more help. This was my first experience with group therapy; I found it to be very helpful. Jackie is a very talented therapist. I learned about myself through art therapy and creative writing assignments… And then sharing those insights in group.
