YESTERDAY I WAS ON MY PHONE TRYING TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACTIVATE THE CELL PHONE THEY SENT ME. AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF WAITING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME WITH THE ACTIVATION I GOT TIRED OF WAITING AND I HUNG UP. TODAY SATURDAY I AM TRYING AGAIN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE I HAVE BEEN ON THE LINE FOR AN HOUR 15 MIN AND STILL NO ANSWER. GOOD LUCK.
Horrible service. When I started the "basic" plan, they said that I would be paying at the most 40 dollars a month for the cheap internet and phone service. The internet service is absolute trash. It is the worst internet ever. Super slow, and it always gets disconnected at least once or twice a day.
