I've ordered wildlife tracking equipment from Telonics 4 times, and they've messed up my orders the last 3 times. Unfortunately, having Telonics receivers had locked me into getting the accessories through the same company. After sending receivers set to the wrong frequency, they did agree to cover shipping and reprogram them, but they did not rush to do this and returned the items at the slowest shipping speed.
