Went to replace battery, I was told to purchase one at dealer they installed and did oil change. They were helpful and explained everything and prices were fair.. I would recommend this place to anyone for fair service.
I came in with an error code after emissions testing, they were able to do diagnostics and gave me a lower quote than other shops- they got everything fixed same-day(I came in at open) and took it to pass emissions and got me the certificate too. They also fixed a couple minor things at no cost. incredibly good communication and service. I have already recommended it to my friends.
This is the best place to get your car fixed!!! They saved me a lot of money too. I went to other shops and they told me i was not going to be able to pass my car through emissions at all but Teloloapan proved them all wrong. They went above and beyond to make sure my Audi would pass and it did easily!!
After calling and speaking with someone at this location. I was informed to come in. Went to the auto repair shop was told it could be hours before being seen so was told to come back in 2 hours then was told that they were closing early so my car would be sitting until they had time because of a shortage of mechanics. So it was a waste of time to drive 30 minutes only to be turned around.
