I came back to Teloloapan Auto Service to have my steering checked out as I heard a loud clicking noise whenever I turned. They took me into the garage, showed me the issue, made sure I knew what they had to do, and even made sure the alignment was correct after fixing the issue. When I came to pick my car up, they showed me the broken part and corroded it was to assure me that it had to be replaced. All in all, the work was great, the customer service was impeccable, and the prices seemed reasonable and honest.
Got my muffler repaired and oil change .. they explained problem and fixed it right away right price.. the service was fast and good..
I cannot thank the team at Teloloapan enough for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. Great service, great mechanics, and HONEST. They'll give it to you straight and work with you. Quick, willing to do what they can to meet you halfway if you can't pay for everything you may need. I've gone to a few shops, but this one stands above the rest. Don't overthink it. Go here.
