Shutting down the health insurance robocall scams. 2622009774, 3048261884 and several others. I have worked with about half a dozen SIP providers over the last 10 years and telnyx is easily the best choice we have ever made. I hope their service stays good as they grow and people find out about them.
horrible customer service , esp for hearing impared. months and months and probelsm still not fixed and no clue. If I could give them a negative 10 for support , I would. They argue over every issue and still have not fixed the problem, which they blame on another carrier or hardware or anything but them.
I have been with Telnyx for over a year now. They are absolutely amazing. At the beginning, they even helped us get our pbx gateway up and running. The pricing is unbelievable and so is the reliability. They have helped us tap a whole new set of customers with VOIP services.
