Very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I have had three CO₂ laser treatments for a forehead scar with no improvement since the first treatment, which has been documented in my file. Despite this, I was advised I would need a minimum of six treatments, each costing $300, and I consistently requested the treatment strength to be increased (which NEVER happened ). I am writing this review on behalf of my partner, as I have been closely involved and have followed her treatment process from the beginning. She started CO₂ laser treatment at this clinic over five months ago for a facial scar. Despite following all aftercare instructions exactly as advised, she has seen no improvement at all, which has been acknowledged in her file.
