Never open when I need to make a payment resulting in getting locked out of my unit and a late fee charged I will be cancelling my storage unit with them
My unit was burglarized 3 times since the new manager took over last year. Most people in the building I rented had their units burglarized. Multiple units hit at the same time. You can literally break into the space with a 99 cents flathead screwdriver. My deceased Uncles Bass Amp and cabinet were huge and was stolen along with so many other things.
