Terrible service. Don't even bother trying to call.
When it was Clark, it was great not so much now. Chances are no one will actually answer the phones. This isn't the first time I have been totally underwhelmed by the service. Seems to be a theme
Service department is extremely slow and hard to get ahold of.
The associates are always very polite and very well informed, and more than helpful. Would recommend.
