UPDATE: My wife talked to regional manager and he agreed to take the tractor next Thursday to another shop and fix it properly, it is good to hear from someone, I did attempt to resolve this with NB store first but he hung up on me. I just want it fixed, I use this tractor everyday. EARLIER POST: Went in March 17 for service returned with only 1 of 4 items fixed charged me for Hydraulic Service and Oil Change and new filter “see pictures” not touched.

I’ve tried calling for several days to buy a piece of equipment that another location said New Braunfels had. Nobody in sales has answered or called back. I’ve been trying for 4 days and have called probably 10 times.
Last year was blown off for over 3 months. I guess when I called again they had new mgr for service dept. feb this year called and told they would call me thur for appt for Friday or Monday. No call. I again had to call after a week and they said they had no drivers to pick up. I gave up and emailed Tellus off website and it went to corporate. Another location(Sequin) called me to set up and ask what it was doing. At least someplace cares about service.
Great parts selection for my Deere mower!! As always the best customer service and fair price. Conveniently located near my house and they can also ship UPS!!
