Jose de La Garza being my rep for years now. He is being helping me to build my fleet and a great support to my business. From the buying process to any warranty issue on parts, I have Jose on speed dial . Honestly all the folks working at Tellus Bandera Rd are Great.
Terrible customer service. Was terrible 4 years ago and I just had to deal with them again. Still terrible.
These guys are amazing. I live in pleasant tx there's a tellus about a mile from my property they couldn't find the problem. Took it there twice long story short almost 4 thousand later. Sent me back home with a broken tractor. took it to these guys they found the problem. (No maybe it's this or that) All I can say is read reviews it might be a little out of my way but from now on that's where I'm taking my tractor for all it's service. Thank you
I bought new John Deere tractor from Tellus and ha great experience with this crew. In particular, my sales rep Wade, was amazing. Knowledgeable about the machine, service aspects, and great to work with in all ways. I 100% recommend these folks and highly recommend Wade. I'll be bringing my equipment here for service and will be working with Wade on all future equipment needs.
I had experience overall though all the buying process. Jose my sales rep. Its extremely knowledgeable and was always available to share his knowledge though all the process. I would 100% recommend them not only for the sales department but also for all your maintenance needs. The 0% interest it’s a great incentive as well!
