Came into the store to look at some Stihl mowers, there were two in the store, i walked around for about 5-10 minutes, nobody asked me if they could assist me, there were 3 guys behind the counter and no customers in the store. i walked out, left a phone message but nobody returned my calls. useless

I wish I could go back in time and completely avoid this place. I had a skid steer sit in the parking lot for months, they never wrote repair order, I got bent over backwards by a multi million dollar company that can’t do anything because their hands are tied, from the salesman to area managers just got the runaround. They finally moved my machine to another location in San Antonio because they didn’t know when they could get to it. Stopped by on Monday and was told by Ricardo that by Tuesday I would receive a phone to setup time and day for pickup of mower. Well Wednesday came around and still no phone call, so I called back and spoke to Rodney who told me by Thursday I would receive a call. Thursday afternoon comes around nothing, surprising right!
