This has to be the most unprofessional store I have ever experienced. Please do yourself a favor and save your time and money. We decided to purchase a zero turn from this store since it’s closer to our property, we should have just saved our time and gone to Corpus. My experience with this seller was terrible. I bought a John Deere 9770 and what arrived was nothing like what was shown. In the pictures it looked like a machine in good condition, and I even requested an inspection where none of the real issues were mentioned. The machine arrived with the rear completely worn and badly painted, in very poor condition. When I started it, the bearings literally fell to the ground. Mike was very helpful and found the parts we needed. Unfortunately they were not in stock and he ordered one and directed us to the nearest location that did have the item in stock.
Excellent, speedy service. Treated me like I was a long time customer even though it was my first time there. That earned my business for a long time to come.
