Dropped my 2019 John Deere E160 with Kait in service. Explained my problem, and received a reasonable quote by the end of the day. Both drive pulleys and drive belt replaced, and a full “tune up” done (to include new spark plug, filters, oil change, blades sharpened, deck leveled, full cleaning). My lawn tractor now looks, and runs, like new again. Well done, Kait and team.
Kelly and Service is amazing. This guy can work on any chainsaw and fix any problem. He fixed my chainsaw this morning and showed me the proper way to how to use it and walk me through everything. Don’t leave the store buying a new chainsaw without talking with him, he did a great job. Thanks, Kelly.
An absolute joke of a company now. I have watched this company rebrand and implode over the years and It is now in full self-destruct mode. As an average homeowner that has little knowledge of tools or the service of them, this might be an OK stop For absolute necessities If you don’t mind waiting 10 times longer than you should have to while they scratch their heads and try to “figure out the ststem”. Walked in with cash in hand to buy some parts and a mower trailer. Waiting behind a few guys at the parts counter while this old sales dude is sitting flapping gums with another guy about how when he came into the shop he schooled "the little girl" on how to sell zero turn mowers because she was incompetent. Irony is, I'd still be standing there waiting to buy that equipment while that guy sat shuffling papers. I walked out because life is short and Tractor Supply was open.
