It's been almost 4 years since under new ownership of Tellus Equipment Solutions. But, if you visit the store today, you would think they opened up yesterday. The owner of Tellus, corporate management, and local management should be ashamed. As a customer, it is obvious that employees are not happy working there. Every time I visit a Tellus location for parts/service, it's always new faces. Slowly switching all my equipment over to Kubota, I couldn't be happier. Zero turn mowers are too expensive, much cheaper to buy a mower or commercial ZTR from a dedicated mower shop. Look elsewhere, the store and restrooms are dirty. The sales staff always change, nothing consistent at this store.
