Unfortunately, our first visit to the John Deere store in Weslaco will also be our last. The female customer service representative we dealt with was dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping us. We asked a few basic questions with no answers provided. Highly recommend to improve her communication skills because every customer is important.
It was first time dealing with the service department and I was vey pleased ! Katy was the service representative and she was a cut above customer service person as she was informative and knowledgeable. When I picked my line trimmer the tech as well was very knowledgeable about the service he did to my trimmer. Thanks
