What’s sad is despite almost all the one star reviews about non answering of the phone maybe you’d actually try to fix it, instead of just a false apology of service. I just tried twice right now and no one answered….i get better response from Weslaco.
I received really bad customer services. Was transferred like a bouncing Ball and at the end no one helped.
Called rang 15 times no answer.
Have tried calling multiple times this week to set up pick up for my riding mower and no answer. Have tried cellphones and store line and just keeps ringing. Need more employees to answer phones or work on their customer service.
