I can’t say enough good things about this medical center! I was in a lot of pain and called their after-hours number. Dr. Brown himself picked up and made sure I got help right away. him and his team gave me the right medication and oxygen, and I felt so cared for the whole time. Everyone was responsive and kind, and I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend to anyone in need of great care!
The doctors are fine. Both times I’ve gone they have not ever been able to fix the issues I’ve had and instead prescribed antibiotics that I didn’t need and suggested tests that took months to be ready, just to ask if I still even needed it. But that’s pretty typical. The billing through them is a mess and they are completely dismissive. Both appointments I’ve had have resulted in me paying twice the amount I should’ve because of their negligence. I had a seizure while walking to a trailhead. My family called 911 and I was promptly taken to Telluride Regional Medical Center. Dr. Koelliker and his assistants were knowledgeable , incredibly caring, and friendly. They provided clear reasoning as to why it happened and I left that place feeling very grateful for their care.
My toddler was very sick on our recent trip to Telluride. We were able to get a same day appointment, and see Dr. McBride. He was kind, patient, and extremely thorough in addressing my concerns and the possibilities of what was going on with my daughter. Without his advice and recommendations, we likely would have had to cut our trip short. Thankfully under his care, she improved, and he even let us know his schedule in case we wanted to schedule a re-check for her during our trip, which we did. Absolutely horrible!!! They will not answer calls in billing and will balance bill you and send you to collections. I would recommend literally anywhere but here!!
