I left my poster from the Telluride bluegrass fest in my room like an idiot and the staff here went above and beyond to pack it up and get it shipped to me. I have left many an item in hilton/marriott hotels never to be seen again so I greatly appreciated the effort the staff went through to get my poster back to me. The room was also solid. Great spot and great rates for its location in town. I came in the off season for work and the accommodations were just what I needed for a week. Service was slow, hence the off season but still a nice stay.
