Most affordable, pet-friendly spot in Telluride! We had a great stay, no issues. Right by a trail by the river, walkable to shops and the gondola. We were able to snag parking at the inn as well. Great spot, highly recommend.

Stayed at inn during Telluride music festival. Stayed room 23. Was 3600 for 5 nights. Huge price tag for a dated. Mediocre room. We used 1 bedroom. Pull out couch. Would give 3 maybe 4 stars. But queen pull out couch was broken. Mattress springs trashed and old. Huge hole when you got in. We had to sleep on floor. Cheap on supplies. Give you 2 rolls of tp for 5 nights. Very comfortable room. Nice new king size bed. Perfect location. Very accommodating staff. Danny at the front counter was always super nice and helpful. Everyone is very friendly. Has a cute patio with grill so you can cook your own food. Has two brand new hot tubs that are set at 104 which is a little hot for the summer but they’re still nice. Our favorite place to stay.

Did not receive confirmation, customer service rep entered wrong email. Was told full refund if cancelled 7 day before check in date. No air conditioning and no guarantee parking .Called to cancel and was charged 10% fee. Rep was rude!!!!!
