Retta at the front desk went above and beyond. 5-star guest service.
Booked through AirBnB which was a mistake. The communication between whatever management agency they use and the front desk/management leaves a lot to be desired. A week after my stay they tried to charge me for a pet fee I already paid and parking I didn’t use. The location was great but people were partying all night. Overall not what I would expect for $250.
