Great CrossFit gym! I felt challenged every class while building muscle safely. Robin is an excellent instructor with great knowledge of the body. I always left feeling exhausted but in the best way, and most importantly, I genuinely had fun every time.
Coaching and staff is top notch!

With telluride strike underway needed some activity- signed up for the gym and had a great workout. It was late on a Sunday so it was just me and the owner i think. I used the rowers, dumbbells, barbells, and some other stuff. Great workout!
