Friendly coach and gym - stopped in for a class while in town and got a great workout in. Coach said they are moving into a bigger gym in March!
Great CrossFit gym! I felt challenged every class while building muscle safely. Robin is an excellent instructor with great knowledge of the body. I always left feeling exhausted but in the best way, and most importantly, I genuinely had fun every time.
Coaching and staff is top notch!
