Extremely poor communication when attempting to contact and secure a reservation. For all the hype, not impressed with management and leadership. Would not return. Food was mediocre
This was without question the best meal I had in Telluride. What really intrigues me here is that it’s really a vegetarian/vegan that starts there, and then adds meat to accompany the dishes Next time I’ll try the veg options but today I was in a carnivorous mood. Visiting from PA. This was one of the best meals we’ve had in Colorado so far! Food was delicious, service was great - highly recommend!
Wonderful experience. Very small dining area but we went early ans managed to get two seats at the bar. Cocktails were good and nice wine list. Only issue is the bar seats tucked in the corner has no overhang, so your legs are squished against the bar. That is irrelevant considering how delicious their food is. This place has a special place in my heart because we always go with family. But every time we come, I always have the same slight disappointment in the flavors of some dishes. A small example: the complementary bread they serve is entirely flavorless, and then it’s accompanied by fully unsalted butter…. This isn’t a huge deal because after all, it’s complementary bread.
