Lordy, I loved every bite! The staff was warm and engaging, and the patio was . I had the salmon and I will continue to think about how good it was for a while. The sweet potato mochi! Ahh!
First off I will say the food, drinks, and vegan options were really quite good. However, the service was atrocious. They took a long time to come back to the table after seating is, and another long time to come back after we ordered drinks. The drinks came out randomly, 2 people got drinks, then 2 more, and finally after 5ish minutes we all had our drinks. Loud and crowded. Tables are close together. It was our misfortune to be seated next to a very loud woman who would not stop talking. Also, a server asked if we wanted bread. We said no. Then a different server brought us bread. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing! The food, however, was tasty and beautifully presented.

This was without question the best meal I had in Telluride. What really intrigues me here is that it’s really a vegetarian/vegan that starts there, and then adds meat to accompany the dishes Next time I’ll try the veg options but today I was in a carnivorous mood.
