We highly recommend Tellurian Construction. Our backyard patio was crumbling cement and rotting wood. We were looking to build a Trex deck, benches, a cement pad for our Swim Spa and a privacy screen. Scott had great ideas at a fair price. Contacted March 22,. Finally got an appointment April 29th. On June 4th received word they would not bid on my project. Waited a long time to hear this when other contractors bid and were waiting to hear back after all bids were in.

Scott and his crew replaced our front porch deck, pillars and a smaller porch with timbertech products Scott was very professional, providing a detailed estimate within a few days of meeting us and except for a small change order (discussed and approved ahead of time) the estimate was exactly what we paid.
