Dr Tello was my father’s and my PCP. I am a nurse and when I had blood pressure concerns about my VERY active and capable father, he did not address them despite multiple visits and notes from other doctors with documented BP 200/100. Dr Tello stated that he has a lot of patients that come to him with high readings and that they are wrong yet documented that my dad’s blood pressure was 160/110 and that he wanted to increase his metoprolol. I have been seeing Doctor. Tello for many years and just recently I have been very larthagic , lacked energy and just passing out all times of the day. I got blood work done and found out my b12 levels were very low. Doctor. Tello diagnosed this and brought me back to life , my energy is back with b12 shots.
