One of the top 5 most traumatic experiences of my 77 year life! I was not warned that the machine makes loud, terrifying, sounds and feels like it's going to blow up! It was all I could do to not sqeeze the panic ball.
I really shouldn't have expected much since this is an affiliate of Intermountain Healthcare. GOt an MRI for a pretty urgent concern, and despite 8 phone calls and over 40 minutes on hold, I can't talk to a single human about the tardiness of the images. When I scheduled the appointment, I wasted 10 minutes on the phone asking about accommodations for the appointment.
