My Neurologist is sending me for MRI and trying to call to schedule an appointment is impossible! Called last week, on hold for 5 minutes then directed to leave message, I left message w/my ph. number. Waited a week with no call back. Called again yesterday, 7 minutes on hold then directed to leave message, left message with ph. number, no call back! This is so ridiculous! So far, dealing with this you get the lowest rating from me! Question...WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO PEOPLE?!! It's not right!
