Teller's Previously an old bank, Tellers restaurants was remolded to a bistro. Keeping some of its old attributes intacted, Tellers has lovely wood tables and ceiling fans and tile floors. The open kitchen and seating arrangement create a special dinning experience. The food however, has yet to be perfected. Portions are relatively unworthy for their prices and tend be either overpowering or simply dull.
Good Choice Ate here when I was passing through. Enjoyed the old bank look and the food. The desserts were really good.
Nice experience, best during happy hour Teller's is a bit expensive, so I enjoy going here during happy hour or for a lunch special. They do have a great wine list. And the menu changes often. Be sure and get a window set and try the soup of the day.

Teller's has gone downhill – We used to love Teller's. Went for lunch this week and it was disappointing, to say the least. Not much to choose from for lunch anymore. My compadre had the Beef and Talleggio Sandwich, which was a very thick piece of very chewy and very fatty beef on a roll. After taking it apart, he only found 3 or 4 bites edible. Did the waitress ask why he left a $9 sandwich on his plate? No. With so many other places to choose from, I doubt that we'll give Teller's another shot.
Not a place for the family. – My wife, son, and I went to Teller's for there brunch buffet. The service was fine and the food was decent. I was enjoying my meal and asked the waitress if I could get another milk for my son. She rolled her eyes and said "ok, but this isn't really a place for children. You might consider getting a baby sitter the next time you come here." Who gets a baby sitter for Sunday brunch? My son was well behaved but they acted like I brought in a disease.
A touch of class on Mass – While the food is very good, the most unique thing about Teller's is the atmosphere. There are little things to remind you of the building's history, like the iron teller gates separating the bar from the dining area. The main dining area is somewhat loud due to the tall ceilings, but the two balconies at the back of the restaurant give a bird's eye view of the main dining area. Service has always been prompt. A fun, classy joint.
