Exellent doctor & Staff too bad he retired
Very friendly receptionists/ Medical assistants on the phone & in person! Came for a second opinion and was not disappointed. Dr. Tell was thorough and friendly and overall really pleasant and reassuring experience.
Doctor is good, but he needs better employees in front desk. Unprofessional people. You say to them that you aren't sure when you're coming back because you gonna be in overseas, they force you to make an appointment with them. Then you're aren't showing and can't contact them because you are in oversea, then send you bill of $50 for missing appointment. Great job!

Very bad and lazy office. They have a lunch time 12pm that can not disturbed. But they schedule patients at 11:45am. They expect patients to be exactly on time or before. But they do not follow the schedule they made. They can let patients wait there, but if patients later few minutes, they will dismiss the appointment and charge you for no show. Not recommend.
