Honestly, moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I work downtown, so being this close to the SkyTrain is a game changer—my commute got so much easier... it is literally a minute away from the station. What surprised me is how quiet it is here, even though Metrotown is just steps away. The concierge is great too, always quick to help with little things. It’s super convenient, comfortable, and honestly just has a good vibe with not too many people in the building.
UPDATE: security and front desk got improved. FINALLY. But the game room and another room are yet to be accessible and it's been nearly 2 years. Again, rent should be decreased because some ammenities paid for are not yet accessible. ------------------------- All the problems mentioned currently are true. Front desk are not given basic details ahead of time. Security is quite bad and residents are practically expected to volunteer to do that.
