As both a resident and owner, I’d like to share my honest experience. This is a less than 1 year building, completed on mid 2024. The strata fee here is quite reasonable $0.55/ft compared with other new built building in central metrotown area, and management has made real improvements — concierge hours now extend late into overnights, which has boosted security. The mailbox theft issue happened early, around 3 months after completion, when many were moving in, but the suspects were caught by RCMP later. I’ve lived in other ... read more
As residents there's some form of bias/racism. We are not part of the majority here and therefore attitude towards us is terrible. Thief broke into mailboxes twice. No security. Bike thief recently. No security. Not somewhere you want to live. If you notice the only 5 star reviews are from years ago and fake.
