Great staff to work with, which made the home buying experience much better.
I recently closed on a house in this estate over a week ago. The builder promised to fix items as mandated by the home inspection. We had asked for pictures and video of the sewer scope, which my realtor asked for multiple times from the building superintendent, and we have yet to receive the video and pictures as promised. We were supposed to receive a Safe Haven thermostat, which was supposed to be compatible with z wave to use security feature, but it was not what was installed.
