Reasonable prices great sevice
Was interested in a toyota yaris for sale. Rang up and asked for a few details with the seller. Told him I would speak to my partner and be in touch. Called back later to arrange a viewing the next day and no reply. Sent a text message and still no reply. Called again the next day and no reply. The advert was then removed from autotrader Ended up wasting my whole weekend trying to view this car but the dealer couldn't be arsed to reply to my calls or messages. Very disappointing, called on Saturday to arrange test drive on a car on sunday and I was told to call back Sunday morning which I did. When I call Sunday morning I was told the car had been sold, I was told the customer left a £50 deposit which is refundable. I wasn't told I could do this other wise I would of left a deposit on Saturday, he then said it says on there website you can, it doesn't say anything about refunding a deposit in fact they can't be bothered to finish there own website off which isn't very professional... read more
