Ive been speaking to one of the workers for multiple months now and honestly cannot fault them. Incredibly helpful service and has helped me achieve some goals I never thought I could. Cannot thank you enough :)
Talking Therapies helped me a lot. I had help with several things from some amazing people. The problem i have is communication is non existent. You’re told to ring the number should you need any help but to this day, I’ve never been able to get hold of anyone. I became ill with the flu and tried my hardest to attend my appointment on the day, however I knew I couldn’t make it and tried to cancel with enough time. An absolute joke, got re-referred then because cbt doesn't deal with bpd they close my case without telling me, not only that, they won't allow to come back and get medication from psychologist at Shrewsbury drs. But hey ppl are dying because professional Like you let us down!!
The service was amazing and had lovely people help me more than I thought possible with my anxiety but then I was referred to someone else to help with OCD, they gave me an appointment that I couldn’t attend due to work and it being so short notice so I rang and rang and rang for hours and couldn’t get hold of anyone.
