10/10! I was absolutely delighted with how my wedding dress turned out after alterations. Meeting Lorraine was such a pleasure - she was so patient and kind from start to finish. Every visit was a lovely experience, especially getting to share it with my mum. Lorraine is incredibly talented, and thanks to her attention to detail, my dress fit perfectly. She made sure I was completely happy with it, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Totally made a mess of my dress which I received back 1 week before my my sons wedding. Before and after photos added.. Her response was 2 tacks in the tails was all was needed to fix it. The week before I was told 4 tacks was all that was needed. Handed dress back at front door. Came so recommended and now sorry I listened. Would almost think it was done deliberately!
Lorraine is an absolute dress altering queen! I booked her in to alter mine and my now wife's wedding dresses! I honestly gave her so much work to do as I had bought my dress from a charity shop, but I had a vision and she saw my vision and made it happen (this involved cutting the whole train off my dress and making it pink) she is absolutely fantastic at her job and both me and my wife felt like absolute princesses in our dresses!
