Depends on who you get. I recently had a mammogram & an ultrasound. The mammogram tech was very unsympathetic & very rushed. There had been times when I had a very kind tech & I appreciated it because this procedure is very stressful to me. The ultrasound tech was better but it felt like an assembly line.
I recieved my first mammogram here and I was nervous. Brooke did my mammogram and ultrasound. She made feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Even when I recieved some unexpected news, she walked me through the next steps.
Excellent staff from reception to the nurses. I'm thankful for fine staff of nurses that was so informative of my procedure to be performed, how confident they made me feel. Fine Dr. Did a great job, would recommend him to all my family and friends. Thanks .
I had a breast procedure with two very kind, caring caregivers. Erin was with me for Mammogram & Ultrasound and made sure I was comfortable. Then she and Dr. Decker did the biopsy, they explained everything they were doing & were very gentle. Thanks
