Great service
I brought my 5yr old Panasonic TV in for repair due to a power failure and was asked to pay nearly half the cost I purchased the TV for. And when I asked if the service tech could provide me with his findings, he denied me this information, stating "We are a for profit business and If I provided you with the diagnostics findings, you will just order the part and do the job yourself." We used TV Service labs and had an excellent experience. Great service and repair of our LG washing machine. Our service tech (John) walked us through all the steps he took, explained the parts that needed replacement and gave us options going forward. I would definitely recommend them to others and will inform LG of their great service. Thanks!
