This is a payphone provide - who knew they even still existed?! The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions with extreme knowledge - I really wish there were more companies out there with this level of customer service - verses the auto answering systems of today. Thank you!
I've been trying to get a hold of someone at this company for 2 weeks now and the phone is answered by an auto attendent. When you press 0 to talk to an operator you are put on infinite hold. When you call the fax number it goes to someone's mailbox but leaving a message does no good because they don't call you back. Rating for this company 0.
