This company impressed me. They were extremely helpful and courteous. During a difficult and stressful time, they were able to take my calls any time of the day and answer all questions that I had. I've had to use this company 3 times over the last few years and they're highly recommended! Employees are professional and trained well.
Less than 24 hours after I received the heart monitor I woke up to find it had melted onto me. I’m having to now pay for it out of pocket and I’ve called multiple times where I left multiple messages along with a couple emails. Apparently it’s not important and I advise against anyone using them. I’d leave zero stars if I could.
I wish I could leave fewer stars. This company is a joke! I was lied to multiple times by everyone I spoke to, including the GM. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
It sure is nice to be able to have pacemakers checked at home, thanks for providing this service. When older people do not feel like or want to leave home it is wonderful. It give you peace of mind knowing your pacemaker is working correctly. I thank you so much for all you do for the older people.
