In September 2012 Telephonetics called to have us dispatch a technician to install a Music On Hold device to a system at a local RR Donnelly location. We arrived to find they needed another connector part and since this wasn't a system we worked on very often we had to order it. We confirmed with Telephonetics that it was ok to order the part, did so and dispatched our technician about a week later to install it.
