Guillermo is the most honest tech I have ever met! I called him and told him my problem. His answer was simple. I can help you solve your problem over the phone. He guided me and told me all I had to do. I solved my problem, his answer was, "I'm very happy to help", but he mentioned, "you need to upgrade your system, or you will continue having trouble" He was correct.
