Corrupted management, unfair treatment of workers, lack of appreciation and excessive amount of stress placed on agents by supervisors. If you like being a slave to a degrading corporation this is the place for you, where you mean very little to them but your obedience means the world to them. Good luck.
Poor management of employees due to the company hiring unqualified supervisors with little to no education or credentials, thus causing the tp to lose money for clients such as USAA because of mistakes and errors made by the negligent staff. An example of this is the recruiting department, which is the most unorganized group of unqualified individuals I've ever seen. does anyone know the EIN? Or do you know if a company needs a new EIN if the address changed on employees paycheck stubs?
Great for young kids who will do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck. However their Mission statement to serve the customer and go above and beyond is a load of STUFF. They would rather keep kids who make up answers, (transfer it to someone else rather than find the right answer), rather that the professionals that go the extra mile to take care of the customer and solve the problem.
Teeleperformance is a great company! Great opportunities and great people!
