DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! I repeat DO NOT work for them! They're full of games they show favoritism very unprofessional and they play with ppls money it's been a whole 10 days and I still have yet to receive my check in the mail! If I could give the Tele performance a zero star I would they are literally the worst company to work for they are not professional and they are a headache they don't follow the rules that they set for their agents and then they do use tactics to harass their employees I will never again in my life work for Tele performance ever ever again
This company used to be CII Tech. It is a massive contracted call center which unbeknownst to most people, is the out-sourced first line of customer contact for many of your Fortune 500 companies. It is now a part of a GLOBAL corporation which supports call centers from the Philippines to India. Was at teleperformance about to start in the new training class and they told us the training class was reduced to 20 and sent the other half of us home. Didn't even had the discipline of calling candidates to let them know the situation. I'm glad I won't be a part of such horrible company. I advise anyone who wants to apply here, don't waste your energy and time here
