It’s been a few years since I worked here but this place is a complete joke. Throughout the process they make vagaries threats at you by saying if you don’t pass some test that “you will be promoted to customer” there was a also some manager that was stuck in the 80s with his long hair which was pretty funny. Literally any place else is a better fit than this place. All they care about is your metrics.

I trained there for 8 weeks, I have many years of customer service experience, The trainers and mentors are so condescending, they expect you to automatically know things you've never been trained on. They do not care about the customers happiness just sales quotas, which I actually did well on sales, compared to my classmates. Worst job ever!
