HORRIBLE ! I was in an accident August 11th at 1:09pm, a tow truck came to take my car to telep. I couldn’t get my release tow slip till the next morning at 8:30am from the passaic police department. I arrived to telep at around 8:45ish to get my car and the lady in the front goes “i’m only going to charge you a day” a day ??? on my telep receipt it says my car arrived to telep on august 11 at 1:26pm and was released from telep on august 12 at 8:51 am, how is that you holding my car for a day when it hasn’t even been 24 hour... read more
