This company purchased my anwsering service company and what we get now are incorrect phone numbers, no response from customer service and our customers sit on hold for ten minutes or more.

Our experience with this company revealed significant discrepancies between the services promised and those delivered. While the onboarding process initially appeared promising, our confidence waned during system testing, particularly with respect to the accuracy of their representations. Despite assurances that identified issues were resolved, we found this not to be the case. Consequently, we have decided not to proceed with their services.
