The doctors were extremely helpful and supportive. When i had questions, i typed it into the chat feature on the website, and almost immediately got a helpful response! Shortly after, i received text messages from doctors, then a phone call telling me I’m approved. I’ve never received such immediate and helpful responses from my original doctors in the past.
Everything went smoothly with the entire process. It’s simple, streamlined and the response and communication was consistent. Thanks for all the help.
