The practice has gone downhill since Ochre took over. The reception staff are poorly trained and use the names of people who have passed without thought of cultural and personal sensitivity.
Booked in a care plan... Was told 1pm when booking. Then get a text saying 1:30pm via hotdoc. Arrive 1:30pm to be told, oh no the 1:30pm is to see the doctor and I should have come at 1pm as that was for the nurse. No one mentioned anything to me a about that I just followed the appointment I was sent. What a waste of my time!! No, sorry or let's try fit you in. Serious review on how you manage care plan appointments needs to happen going forward.
No bulk billing even for pensioners No Tele health or e scripts Friendly doctors but wait too long & no bulk billing Am used to bulk billing Friendly but expensive billing
Been a patient for over 18 years and I have to say some of the best doctors under one roof. Highly recommend this clinic
