Special event parking for the Paramount theater has signs posted that it is open until midnight. It does cost $36, but there are guards on the first level so it feels safe, it’s very convenient out to the Paramount.
Used to be one of two go to lots for the Oakland Symphony at the Paramount, but not anymore. Prices went from $20 up to $36. Since it's not safe to park on the street, I may be canceling my subscription to the symphony. Way to go City of Oakland!
Difficult to find, tried to cancel reservation and it was declined. Very disappointing.

Parked for a ceremony at Paramount Theatre. Paid $36 to attendant who was standing right in front of the signs showing hours of operations. I see now on website “no overnight parking” and $6.00 for “overnight special”. When my friend returned at 8:30p to get her vehicle all gates were locked and many others were standing outside with their vehicles locked inside.
